Pros

Good benefits and great colleagues in some group.

Cons

Beware to join as an engineer in GDB group as management drives engineering decision and management doesn't know what they want to achieve. Management thinks engineers are puppet they can do anything with there career.

Pros

Fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization with a lot to figure out, but very open-minded leadership that reward initiative and creativity.

Cons

Some old-timers at the bank do not want to lose their jobs so at times it seems as if they are thwarting good, new ideas at the expense of their fear of being replaced (or just not wanting to put in the few extra hours of work).
