Pros

WAS one of the greatest places ot work ever. Ken Wilcox was a driving force. Somehow they saw something in Greg Becker...not sure what

Cons

Greg Becker ruined lives. brought all these large bank people who didn't know anything about tech lending. They inflated the bank in all otehr business lines and didn't follow the most basic rules of running a bank

Pros

- They have good perks, 401k matching, medical and dental

Cons

- The salary/compensation could be better - The HR representative that I have assigned, is the worst. She is very unprofessional and rude. - Management is unable to keep up and gets overwhelmed easily. There are some people that work more than others and when this issue is brought up there aren't any changes or repercussions.

Pros

Good benefits (401k , health , dental , vision , employee home ownership programs , education assistance , more)

Cons

Company preaches work/life balance, but you’re bombarded with work. Over worked & underpaid (in my experience). “Clicky” atmospher among superiors. Company preaches diversity, but mostly white managing directors.
