      Pros

      SVB is a solid place to work. Good people, great work life balance, fun atmosphere-- especially for a bank. Also, our clients are some of the coolest companies on the planet.

      Cons

      The pay is not on par with larger banks, especially in expensive markets.

      Pros

      Working in a very exciting space and along with many talented and creative business. The Bank is growing and is having major success in the UK and Europe.

      Cons

      As the Bank is in growth phase, it is all hands on deck and a very heavy work load. As they are still establishing themselves they do no have very well defined policies and procedures.
