+ Leadership leads with empathy, especially during rough times (Covid, Layoffs, -social strife, etc) + Competitive Pay + Health benefits + Flexible work hours

Cons

- Only 2 promotion cycles per year - No inflation adjustments / Small salary increases - Most of the diversity is within positions lower in the hierarchy

Cons

New management over the security office is pretty terrible. Lots of people leaving and they along with HR don’t care. They care too much about micromanaging and outsourcing to India.
