Pros

Corporate culture and employees are top-notch. Everyone is feeling enabled. Hard to get into, but one of the best places to work! Excellent benefits and work/life balance.

Cons

Too big, too many clusters, and politics on the high executive level are problematic (territorial)

Pros

The job was easy to do and repetitive.

Cons

no growth and horrible management. The manager has poor leadership and coaching skills. Boston Private was bought out by SVB.

Pros

Culture and hours are fine

Cons

No promotions, low compensation, worst health insurance (BCBS of North Carolina - homophonic and women phobic). No growth - the bank has been slowly declining since the collapse
