Pros

The existing employees are trying to do the best they can in the new environment.

Cons

Since FCB's acquisition the culture has changed significantly. The new bank lacks the diversity and the transparency that SVB had.

Pros

Best company that I've ever worked for - awesome culture, feeling on belonging and connectedness while working 100% remotely, awesome middle and Sr. leadership! Great Pay and Benefits and Unlimited PTO!

Cons

FCB acquisition - everything has gone downhill! Culture sucks now, no communication, elitest Sr. executive team that cares nothing about the employees. Wiped out all tenure and conducting multiple rounds of layoffs. Uncertain future which is causing poor mental health for the SVB employees that are still left.

None. This place is a nightmare

Cons

Literally everything about this place. Underpaying and lack of work life balance
