You get out what you put in

Pros

Plenty of opportunity if you’re willing to put the work in. Like anything else, if you give the bare minimum, then you’ll get a paycheck. If you are willing to go beyond your job description, you will see opportunities open up for you. Hardwork, innovative ideas, customer service, all go noticed by the management teams. If you’re not looking to put any work in and receive the world in return, then Silk will not be for you.

Cons

There will be no cons if you work hard

Pros

No background in title insurance, so taking a chance working here. Was given all the training I needed to do the job, and my co-workers and managers are always there for you when you need them. Brand new, big, and clean break room. Computers for the job are up-to-date and make it easier to get the job done.

Cons

Hours are inconsistent, but easy to work around.
