Pros
The company spent money on salaries for everyone and the holiday plan was not bad (every holiday was floating).
Cons
The management/leadership constantly changed. It wasn't clear what the strategic vision was. The communication was lackluster at best. And there were always rumors that the doors were about to close due to financial information.
