Pros

Pay is good, staff are awesome, you will make lots of long term friends. Good if yoy are trying to make quick money in and out.

Cons

Top level management is a hit or miss depends on who is your AD. Be careful what you share with HR because it will back fire on you with out any investigation and will side with management. HR don't care for your opinion or what happens to you they just don't like to hear anything, It is always your fault even if you are right legally so they do have lot of out of court settlement to keep them out of news. Lastly, very slow growth and no work life balance.

Pros

For the most part, management was awesome. They encouraged growth and rewarded commitment. Schedule requests and availability were almost always followed, which was great!

Cons

At times, it felt like management wasn’t always on your side when dealing with customer issues, but that may be due to company-wide standards that have to be followed.
