No breaks Treated unfair by management No raises Hours are constantly cut to nothing with no advance warning No room for advancement Unorganized management High turnover Company won a cruise during a contest and cruise has been canceled

Pros

Great Pay - Corporate staff keeps you wanting to work and always do the right thing .

Cons

On store level makes you want to never show for work, Makes you feel horrible talks down to you and treat you less then human. Never took time to set example or help you get better. Was not a coach that lead the team well

Pros

The servers are very friendly, different and diverse. The food is so fresh and good. It is a great place for kids, teenagers and family.

Cons

Sometimes you have to work long shifts, you can get very tired and hungry too, but you can not sit or neither eat.
