Pros

Owner and President are very involved with employees. Everyone has direct access to them. Top management travels constantly to keep boots on the ground to understand the property and the staff needs. Superior onboarding and training processes that go beyond your start date.

Cons

Main office is clueless about what goes on at site levels. They don’t fire bad employees, super slow to hire when someone leaves and don’t give a crap about annual reviews. Give straight 2% raise year after year. No incentive to work hard or care at all.
