We are sorry to hear that you felt there was limited room for advancement at SilverTech. We have clearly defined job descriptions that outline the skills and qualifications required for progression within the company. If this was not discussed during your 1:1s with your direct leader, we wish that you would have reached out to Human Resources so we could provide additional support and guidance.
We also appreciate your suggestions regarding our hybrid work model. Our recent employee engagement survey indicates that our team is very satisfied with the current arrangement, which allows employees to work from home on Mondays and Fridays while being in the office Tuesday through Thursday. As many companies are returning to full-time office work, we remain committed to maintaining flexibility for our employees.
Lastly, we acknowledge your feedback on the onboarding process. Each department has its own approach to welcoming new hires, and we recognize the importance of consistency in this area. We are actively working to enhance and standardize our onboarding experience for 2025.
