I had a lot of fun working at SilverTech and I'm appreciative of the experience I had here. The office culture is amazing and I never felt like I was on my own. I had so many people that I could ask for help and never feel bad about it. I learned a lot in my time here and I'm extremely happy that I took the position.

As an NH native moving back from SF/Seattle, I thought for sure that I was compromising on doing fun and interesting tech projects to raise my kids near their relatives in this beautiful state. Not the case, Silvertech solved that for me. There are some very talented people here doing amazing work. Every day I learn something new from them. The headquarters is a beautifil old brick school house with easy parking. There is an in-house IT staff to fix hardware and network problems immediately. Fun and young company culture. As an engineer you will be well supported by PMs, finance, HR, marketing, and leadership all in-house. Under a 100 people so you will get to know everyone.

Cons

The engineering floor tends to be quiet and there is a shortage of meeting rooms and places to take calls in the building.
