There is no HR Manager who has been with the Company for 3 yrs. For HR Manager you need to serve to be with the Company for at least 6 to 7 yrs. This very clearly states that this is a SPAM mail which is done by a 3rd party from outside the company or maybe those guys who have left the company in just a few months who are unable to perform

Pros

There is no good reason to work here, people usually comes here either they are fresher or have been fooled by recruiter (who give false promise of onsite opportunity, career scope etc.) You will be made to submit your marksheets and will force you to work like you have no life outside the company (working overtime is common in here e.g. 1 pm to 1 am) Even when you get sick , HR will harrass you by calling you multiple times to show up in office anyhow, and if you don't next day they will scold you as if you are their servant, who've stolen something. Every Saturday they will make you work......so you have no work life balance here. You have to literally beg for appraisal.

Cons

You can relate working in SLT as working in KGF, Now let's talk about challenges. Being a recruiter in an international market, it's quite difficult to make profile submission. They will give you all sorts of pressure to make submission, else won't let you go home..... literally! (Girls usually end up crying in office whole night) They usually hire outstation people from nasik, Pune and karela(not belong to Mumbai) will provide them worst accommodation.

Pros

There is no single good reason to work with them. But even if you work with them then you will learn followings 1. To work more than 12hrs 2. Work under extreme pressure. 3. No appreciation 4. You can survive 1-3 months easily but after that be prepared for bombarding on simple things everyday 5. There mentality is like "9 people can produce a baby in one month"

Cons

They don't have any Etiquette No training is provided for Freshers Worst HR policies ever
