      Pros

      Patient and prompt with communication. As a 1099, in the US the pay is competitive. Organized on-boarding process. You always have a rep to call. Agema answers within 24hrs and is very patient.

      Cons

      As 1099 contractor, my payments are not as predictable. But you are always paid within 2weeks.

      1.HR team really workers good in completing paper work on time by coordinate with stack holders 2.HR team give heads-up about completing project to find the next project ASAP 3.Salary always credit on time and any query for candidate will resolve with in time period 4.Legal team is real good in handling the legal issues of the candidate and maintain a proper record to move thinks in smooth manner

      I do not see any downside of Silverlink Technologies in process payment some time it takes time for few process

      Pros

      I am currently working with Silverlink Technologies LLC, USA from last 5 years and i must say this the best company to work with if you are looking for growth and long career . I joined company as HR executive and now I have grown to team manager position of HR and compliance for USA and Canada region. Also all the colleagues joined along with me in different department grown to the higher position. This is the company to be work with if you have great plan to start or advance your career.

      None that I can think of.
