      Pros

      Good interaction between the HR Team especially with Mugdha Mam, Vrushali Mam and Rajneesh from Fianance Team. Even though initially we had our differences but then it was a pleasure working with them. They were always there whenever you need assistance from them even though the team and myself have nevre met each other ( Due to working in remote locations)

      You do not get a single Holiday until you become permanent with Silverlink.

      A very good company to work as fresher or as experienced employee. Good salary. Nice work environment n ample of respect and care as employee specifically for women associate.

      Pros

      I joined after college and have been working here for several years since. There are amazing opportunities to learn, advance, and grow. The interview process was painless, and once you are on board the only limit to what they will let you do is what you can do. Management has a great vision for the future and happily invites (and actually listens to) input from all levels.

      Cons

      No gain without pain. If you want to grow and achieve something then this Company is for you.
