      My job offers much variety of work which keeps it interesting with lots of new opportunities and challenges for work and experience. In the warmer months there are opportunities to work in the field in addition to desk work. Management is very approachable, helpful and willing to mentor. The work environment is professional; each employee is treated with respect at all times. I am aware of project goals and timelines at all times. It is a workplace that provides opportunities for success.
