Initially as an IT recruiter No Training Is Given
They will just leave you alone in a room with a file as part of training for around 3 weeks
Once you are on board they will treat you as if you're a person with 5-10 years of experience
Shift timings are 1.30-10.30 which is a joke because there is not a single time you will be leaving at 1030 infact you will always end up leaving at 1200 am or later
They expect you to work like a machine and expect you to suffice 3 targets some of them which are frankly speaking not doable at all with the fact that achieving 3 targets itself is almost impossible
no matter how hard you work
And after all this inspite of the hardwork there is always a bombarding session with the director and team leads(THEY TAKE UNDUE ADVANTAGE OF THE FACT THAT THEY ARE HOLDING YOUR DOCUMENTS(HSC,SSC,DEGREE mrksheets) FOR 18 MONTHS AS A PART OF THE BOND) and
impose immense pressure accordingly saying if the targets are not achieved you'll can just stay here overnight.
Their Way of speaking is always disrespectful, demotivaitng and demeaning
