Pros

Very relaxed work environment. Having a flexible work schedule is very nice! The leadership at SimV works hard to maintain a fun, positive, and productive culture. Good benefits.

Cons

They will ask you to support activities such as proposals and give awareness briefings without compensation - one of the evils of being a salaried employee and being with a small company with limited overhead.
