      Pros

      Excellent people that truly love what they do...providing technical excellence and superior customer service in an atmosphere that lets the employees know they matter.

      Cons

      Not a lot to complain about...we work hard, but we also enjoy what we're doing.

      Pros

      Wonderful family atmosphere. Really promotes their staff. Great work environment. Great healthcare.

      Cons

      Typically underpays for talent. Poor senior leadership (some of which is gone) had detrimental impact on loss of significant talent. Customer base is primarily government, which can be quixotic and result in unexpected turnover. No matter how good you are, you could be on the chopping block - unexpectedly.

      SimV is hands down the best place to work in Virginia

      Pros

      From the moment you walk in the door of SimV you will soon realize this is where you want to be. The leadership team shows they care about the employees from the receptionist at the front desk to the VP of a group everyone is treated like family. Employees are kept in the loop and never in the dark. People love being here and it shows. The benefits are fantastic and salaries are comparable to the area.

      Cons

      There is not a downside to being part of SimV.
