Pros
-An amazing product that is best-in-class, beloved by shoppers, and continually improves -Fast-paced work and interesting problems to solve -Super-collaborative peers -The most supportive and engaging leadership team A lot of people claim that their team's culture is great. It's easy to say. I can honestly tell you the feel of this company is amazing and the people we bring on are a rare breed; exceptional as employees and human beings. Everyone, all the way up to the CEO and co-founders, looks out for each other and the company.
Cons
We are a start-up, and that requires special attitudes and skillsets that aren't for everyone. Part of a start-up is not having the tools you need sometimes and feeling like it's up to you to create solutions for problems. The work is fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous. Sometimes what we develop isn't perfect the first try. You may not see those as cons...Neither do I. If you don't, you probably belong here :)
