      Pros

      Office culture is something that Simbe Robotics is very particular about. Not only do they take into account your experience and skill set, but who you are and how you will integrate to be a part of the team. Because of this, the personalities of all employees mesh very well together. More of a family vibe than strictly a sterile work environment.

      Cons

      Fast paced working environment and can feel overwhelming at times.

      Pros

      - Super fun and interesting work, you get to solve challenging problems - Great people to work with - Lots of opportunities to try on many different hats - Great place to become an integral part of the team and "own" certain aspects of the product

      Cons

      - It's possible to work too much as there's always interesting and important work to do. Working long hours is not an expectation but it can tend to happen by the nature of the work :)
