      Interesting and good area to work although only a few get to work on the juicy stuff.

      Cons

      Bad work/life balance. Some in the senior management don't treat employees with respect.

      Good culture and perks but the role isn't great

      Pros

      Good culture and team spirit. Everyone's very helpful. Good perks (shares, travel, etc)

      Cons

      The role is pretty bad - you spend most of the time on useless calls with clients and setting up the product. I was sold it as a technical and analytical role, but in reality it's more dealing with the client relationship and knowing how to set up the product (the skills of which aren't really transferable).
