WLB; some people are quite intelligent

NA leaders were openly appraised by the CEOs for the cost-cutting they did at the beginning of this year - ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. The reasons are: 1) if you are running the NA revenue book at a loss, you should really think deeply about why you failed to collect money from the clients or expand your business 2) You should do better pipeline planning and raise your hiring bars - I heard Toronto office do not even do cases in the interviews for junior hires - this is a joke to me
