Very strong culture, meritocracy and fact based, driven by the people who started the company and still work there Interesting topline topics: won't look at cost cutting at all. Ability to drive/specialize in specific areas People are great (with very few exceptions)

Cons

Big regional differences in terms of salary, responsibility and career path depending on office chosen: still very German- and US-focused Too slow progression and compensation below other firms Lack of proper knowledge management system or formal trainings
