Great people - great projects - no so great pay

+ flat hierarchy is not only promoted but actually lived, great people without backstabbing! + interesting international projects - even though pricing seems to be quite narrow at first, its a very strategic topic + traveling dependent on division and project. In average probably 2-3 days a week.

Cons

- work life balance is definitly worse than I expected it. 70-80h is not something which is unusual. - for the hours you put in, the pay is simply not very good. - promotions seem to take much longer than promoted at first
