Cons

Narrow global focus of company - this is not management consulting - this is advisory in pricing, sales and dabbles of other commercial aspects Limited differentiation in location/ clients etc. and very fixed industry structures as compared to other firms General cons with any consulting firm - everyone is to some degree disposable Compensation slightly below average
