Good culture and generally good working hours for consultancy. Exciting projects with the chance to grab excellent experience at relatively junior levels, and excellent progression potential. Friendly and entrepreneurial spirit.

Cons

Some members of senior project management see consultants as tools, not people. Expectations can be high and work life balance can suffer on some projects.
