It's really nice to go to work at a place where important work is getting done Professional development is prized and strongly supported Life / work balance is highly respected The life of the mind here is fantastic (lectures, very smart people, exposure to all kinds of knowledge and experience) I mean, really, we support and do some amazing work and learning about it all never stops being fascinating Lots of institutional support for improvement and growth Great benefits and perks (like matching contributions to 501(c)3s, which is amazing!)
Cons
There are a lot of meetings Sometimes, the Foundation grows faster than its infrastructure
