      Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Company respects its employees and appreciates work-life balance. Lots of opportunities for career development. Good benefits.

      - The team is very communicative and responsive. It makes the working experience feel very collaborative, which can be difficult with fully remote positions. - Everyone is very capable in their positions and is very knowledgeable in their respective fields to progress each project - STS seems to strive to maintain a healthy work-life balance for the team with their benefits and flexible time off when personal things come up - The personal growth structure which encourages personal development through professional and technical certifications is quite inspiring
