It is a fast growing company and they put a huge emphasis on personal development offering all the tools and assistance you need to get where you want to be. This company has a fun, energetic culture and you always feel like there is someone to help you when needed. I would recommend working here to anyone who is willing to put in some time to learn new skills and wants opportunities to grow.

You'll be encouraged (but not required) to do career development work, to the extent that you're given a stipend to pay for classes/certifications - Management and employees are friendly, and they are actively trying to create a genuine company culture, but there is no "forced fun-time".
