Pros
From the start, communication with STS was outstanding. HR is readily available for questions/answers. Onboarding was engaging and showed how much investment STS is willing put forth to their employees. Opportunities for growth and bonus achievement are realistic and motivating. A true team environment.
Cons
I haven't ran into any cons yet - I'm still fairly new to the STS family.
