Pros
- STS wants to invest in employees. You'll be encouraged (but not required) to do career development work, to the extent that you're given a stipend to pay for classes/certifications - Management and employees are friendly, and they are actively trying to create a genuine company culture, but there is no "forced fun-time". If you're like me and hate the idea of a mandatory after-hours zoom happy hour, you're in luck. The culture is there, but it's not overbearing - Solid benefits despite being a small company
