- great benefits & work/life balance - awesome team that is driven, passionate about their work & compassionate toward colleagues - high level of communication and collaboration - rewarding mission, supporting mental and behavioral health

Cons

- there are some growing pains with culture because the company has grown so fast, but SimplePractice does a great job of recognizing opportunity for growth and actively works on it!
