      Pros

      SimplePractice is made up of great people who really care about our customers. I've been with the company for a year and it's clear to me that leadership cares about our feedback and feel accountable to creating positive and incremental change.

      Cons

      For most salaried roles, this is not a place where you can work 7-8 hours and call it a day. People work 9-10 hours and are available on nights and Sundays to respond, review, and catch up, especially in leadership roles.

      The organizational culture exuded a warm, friendly, and benevolent atmosphere, while the leadership played a pivotal role in facilitating my professional growth within the role. Benefits were top notch!

      None, I think they should keep doing what they're doing.
