Pros

-The company is a "leader" in the mental health business space

Cons

-Treats their employees with zero loyalty and a lot of smoke and mirrors on bettering your career and mentorship -Constant chatter about DEI efforts / listening to employee's feedback and it falls on deaf ears. Feedback regarding understaffed teams, and being overworked is always answered with false promises -Leadership is extremely out of touch and has expectations for teams to work like robots and machines -Insane profit margins leads to inevitable failure and completely unrealistic expectations for people to meet

Pros

SimplePractice attracts people who are committed to its mission of helping mental health providers thrive. That, in turn, has assembled a group of people who are warm, caring, and driven. That drive manifests in a culture of intense focus, ambition, and passion to achieve our vision. Also, SP is well positioned to benefit from the impact of AI on society and will play an important role in how it benefits mental healthcare in particular.

Cons

I wish more people knew about it!
