Pros

-everything we do must work for customer, so when we need to make a call which idea is better, the one that will make customer's life better wins -this place allows you to improve as product person, we utilize so many new tools -cofounder is working side by side with product and this is very inspirational

Cons

-401 k plan is suboptimal - Good insurance plan is too costly, if you are ok with Kaiser its free

- Managers on marketing have lack of training and are inexperienced when it comes to managing a team - Lack of promotions and pay increase - Bad health insurance options - No support when it comes to mental health which is odd considering it’s a mental health company - Bad company culture and team cultures - No WFH benefits - No benefits for coming into office - Cheap company
