Unique culture, the people there were good, lots of snacks, there is opportunity for growth

Cons

People getting let go right away, no opportunities to correct things. Also talking about politics in the workplace--it's very uncomfortable and it could lead to unnecessary conflicts. I did see political books that were leaning to a certain spectrum and I didn't think they should be there at all. People oversharing a lot of personal information that should be kept out of the workplace.

Great culture and work environment with an executive team that really cares about the employees.

Cons

The interview and hiring process is long but they have proven to hire A+ players so their long in depth process works well.
