Pros

Reasonably sized company, overall good culture and people. Capable management

Cons

Somewhat of a divide between the call center/fulfillment folk and those in engineering/finance/marketing etc. There are perks and bonuses the latter would get that the former do not (i.e. days off). Also, some growing pains as they go from a startup to a "real company"

Smart people, top to bottom. Strong, capable management. Fun problems to work on Modern, agile development meets IoT, makes cutting edge engineering process. Learn it here. Good location and work-life balance Lots of growth creates opportunities if you're willing to raise your hand

Cons

I have moved desks 3 times in a year, the downside of growth I suppose
