Pros

I can't imagine a better place to be challenged and to develop one's career. Everyone works really hard as a team and we move the business forward at a rapid pace. There's lots of transparency, so contributions are noticed and when mistakes are made we work together on how to be better. Processes and discipline create a superior execution machine at SimpliVity.

Cons

Seems like everyone is working at least 60 hours/week and many are often working much more. If you have a very demanding personal/family life, I would not recommend working here. While it's possible to maintain a good balance, it will certainly be a challenge to do so.
