Good product, great management team, really good engineers, good work-life balance, good compensation and great technology.

Cons

Fast paced. Running out of Cubicles and conference rooms due to the fast growth which is a good thing in a way.

I'm surrounded by lots of smart people willing to help whenever necessary. People have a positive mentality. Lots of opportunity for growth. Management trusts and believes in what you do - which is a great feeling. Lots of positive change. Management works hard to keep the (great) culture even as the company grows.
