Pros

I've only been at the company a few short months, however, I am already very happy I made the change. I am encouraged to speak up and give constructive feedback on various topics, even if it differs from management's, or from the norm. I can clearly see how my work adds value and impacts the company. Everyone, including management is completely approachable and more concerned with helping to get the job done, than with job titles.

Cons

Everyone works very hard and it's easy to sometimes get caught up in work and forget to make time for family.
