SimpliVity is filled with hard-working, smart and focused employees. The company works extremely hard to ensure that all employees have an energetic, positive and team-focused attitude. People are genuinely excited to come to work. They want their work to mean something, they want to make an impact on the IT industry -- and they understand that SimpliVity can help achieve that goal.

Cons

SimpliVity is not for everyone. We are a company of go-getters, people who are excited to come to work -- not people who only work for the weekend. We want to change the IT industry forever, which doesn't happen overnight and it doesn't happen without a lot of work. People who join SimpliVity should expect to work hard, but feel immensely rewarded for their efforts.

Very challenging workplace that is growing very rapidly. the potential is enormous and the employee's feel that they got on the right train at the right time.

Cons

everybody works very hard and people wanting to join should be aware of the startup atmosphere that requires work beyond the "Normal" work hours.

Pros

Not only does SImplivity pay well, but they bring in a free catered lunch every day at the main office. The benefits are some of the best I've had in the industry and they believe in a fairly flat corporate hierarchy where anyone can speak to anyone and everyone is accountable.

Cons

While they believe in positive work/life balance, the company does still function in start up mode a little and the hours can be long at release time.
