Amazing co-workers, very exciting fast-paced atmosphere, several opportunities for career advancement, continuous exposure/interaction with senior management.

Cons

Because we are growing like crazy, some workdays can be long - but we are all working towards the same goals that will ultimately benefit us all.

Pros

SimpliVity is a fast moving company which has an excellent work environment. Senior management cares about it's employees and values training and the culture within the organization. I have never seen a company grow as quickly as this company has and yet keep the importance of culture and flexibility. The talented individuals who work here really care about the product and the company. The free lunch is also a definite added bonus.

Cons

Many of the individuals within the company come from the same previous employer thus sometimes if you aren't from that previous employer you can feel like an outsider to start with.

Excellent work environment with very hard working and talented folks. Fast paced company with great opportunity for growth and disruptive hyper-convergence product with great potential. A place where hard work is certainly acknowledged and rewarded.
