Pros

Consistency is great. I feel like this company is smart with their money and has a real backbone when it comes to job stability and supporting employees. Really great benefits and occasional bonuses. Management is solid, very professional and little to no drama.

Cons

Nothing significant that impacts day to day. LDS culture is very strong here but it’s not outlandishly bothersome like other companies I’ve worked for.

Simplifile truly felt like family. They have a great work-life balance and do their best to promote personal success. The CEO has clear vision and the employees are sharp. The compensation, work parties, and perks more than prove their value in the employees. You'd be hard pressed to find a better place.

Cons

Not enough jobs for the world.

This is a great company with very competitive pay and a great benefits package. The work environment is very comfortable and the people are all high quality individuals.

Cons

My personal experience does not have much to report by way of cons working for Simplifile. My con is a more of a personal conflict with interest and confidence. I would recommend anybody to Simplifile.
