I have been at Simplifile for almost a year and have loved it! The benefits are great! Full health, dental, and vision coverage as well as a 401k with match. The environment is awesome and the people here are great!

Cons

No ability to work from home. Not a total necessity but would be nice.

Creative work environment and lots of opportunity to provide input into the design and development of the services offered at Simplifile. I find the company to be completely focused on the quality of the customers' experience as well as how employees feel about the work they do. The company is very employee-centric, providing extraordinary benefits. I find working here to be rewarding yet challenging. The business is growing and the employees benefit from the company's success. Also the company doesn't focus on job titles, more on what needs to be done. The structure is very lean so there aren't a lot of levels of management to contend with.

Cons

The company is growing and if you want to just have a job where you do the same thing every day without any surprises or challenges, this isn't the job for you. Simplifile supports enthusiastic, intelligent employees who aren't afraid to give their opinion, take feedback, and offer solutions rather than just complaints. It isn't a status quo type of company but it is a great place to work and develop your skills.
