Simplus is one of the best companies I have ever worked for when it comes to culture. The leadership team genuinely cares about the working environment and strives to cultivate an employee first mindset. Stewardship, Critical Thinking and Underdog determination are three key pillars everyone at Simplus lives by. This goes beyond the typical corporate slogans you see tossed around at other companies. Each and every person at Simplus actually follows these tenets, and I can affirm it absolutely shows. The culture here is outstanding.

Cons

I have yet to come across a Con. I will update this if I do.

Great company. Vast knowledge of SalesForce ecosystem. Strong mentorship program. Caring coworkers truly reach out to support one another. Leadership makes themselves available at all levels. Very transparent. Clear expectations. Empower subordinates from the top levels to control career development. Many pro-veteran/milspouse initiatives.

Cons

Life as a consultant can be hard.

Pros

Simplus has taken great care to amass the best employee base in the world. Every person I've met is just so impressive in their unique way. There's a crazy amount of startup underdog energy that radiates throughout; it's very motivating. People honestly care about each other, no matter where they're all located. I feel comfortable approaching anyone, no matter where they fall on the company hierarchy. The benefits are great, if you look them up it goes without saying.

Cons

As stated in other reviews, there seem to be some growing pains. But to me this just means I have more opportunities available to myself, which is exciting Nothing else to say.
