Pros

I came from a very stable and well established company to work for Simplus; and let me tell you, if you can't handle rapid growth and change then you're in for a wake up call. The only constant is change...That being said, however, if you hunger for an environment that's constantly growing, then this is the place for you! There's a ton of opportunity to make large scale, positive changes to the company and your voice will not only be heard, but your opinions can turn into actions!

Cons

Very little negative can be said right now, things are going great as we move into the holiday season and as long as we collectively stay the course then things will prove to be a success.

No direction, no transparency, no tech experts

Pros

Start up atmosphere, and a few really smart people to learn from. The job moves really quick, forcing you to learn new platforms and technologies. Relaxed atmosphere, and stocked break room.

Cons

No direction as a company. They have made several big swings in management and focus, but it doesn't seem like its been done with any major goal or consultation from anyone in the tech industry, they are trying to compete in an industry that they know nothing about. Feels like management is just hoping to score big with a buyout or seed money. Tons of VPs and upper management with titles that don't mean anything. Good luck getting any answers about the direction of the company from management Job security is a huge problem if you work here. Entire sections of the company just shut down without notice, no guarantees of having a job a week after you are hired.

Truthfully I can understand your frustration and serious critique. With that being said, I can only assume you were on the team that was discontinued when we decided to focus 100% on SF. There is a lot of things we can do to improve as a company, however I feel your perception and view of Simplus would be much different if you were still with our company today. We will continue to do our best and hire incredibly talented employees and let them know how much we appreciate them. Thank you again for your feedback

Pros

The company was a great place to work before the acquisition. It changed a lot after and drove away lots of great people that have worked for the company for many years.

Cons

Much less flexibility. The system transition is a pain. KPI is utilization driven which is unfair for flex resources. Less promotion opportunities.
