      Pros

      100% remote, unlimited PTO, HSA matching contributions, bonuses and rewards, flexible hours, great teams

      Cons

      This is not applicable for me. Simplus might give you opportunities to learn and grow and make you a great teamplayer. If you're not independent or confident enough about what you can do, Simplus is not for you.

      Pros

      100% remote work, competitive pay, great corporate culture

      Cons

      the workload is not steady. I am not able to generate my own work/opportunities. I'm oftentimes sitting with nothing to do because other depts like sales or management - that I rely on to generate work for my pipeline - have not done so. This leaves me concerned for my job security at times.

      Pros

      There are many pros to working at Simplus. Some of them include: 1. Your co-workers are thought leaders and experts in their fields but they treat everyone around them as equals. There are very bright and accomplished people at Simplus who care about the growth and success of their fellow employees as much as their own success. 2. Simplus is still growing and there is much opportunity to grow your skillset and take on new responsibilities. 3. Culture is one of the top metrics for the Executive Team. They want you to be happy at work and at home. They are transparent about the state of the company and seek employee feedback. 4. Simplus has positioned itself as a leader in the Salesforce ecosystem. 5. Training - Simplus has improved its training program substantially over the three years that I have worked here. There are also salary increases for completing certain training courses.

      Cons

      Some people may consider these cons and others may not: 1. Change - Growth and opportunity equal change. Your job description and responsibilities will likely change during your employment at Simplus. That is not for everyone. 2. There is not always a roadmap to fulfill your job responsibilities and you may have to take initiative to get the job done. This is another effect of growth. You are not always following a process. You are often writing or updating the process.
