Unlimited PTO, ability to receive additional certifications and bonuses.

Cons

After Infosys acquired Simplus, bonuses were cut, promotions were frozen and dozens of consultants with high utilization rate were terminated as the company pursuing restructuring and reduction of force

Pros

An "okay" place if you're starting out on your Salesforce career. If you're experienced, look somewhere else.

Cons

After keeping people hanging for months, Simplus only informed the Philippine team RIGHT AFTER the company outing that they were not giving out salary increases this year. They were willing to spend on the venue and fly out the executives from the US for a team-building event. I find it very out of touch that they prioritize frivolous matters rather than rewarding their employees. At the end of the day, people prefer money over a giant pizza party!

Pros

Capability management is top notch. Direct manager focuses on personal targets of their team members.

Cons

Lots of clients choosing to leave to pursue other competitors. Annual increase for this year has yet to be given. Should have been processed April this year, but to date ( August 2024) still no news if it will still be given. Lots of turnovers especially in senior management both Onshore and Off Shore which makes you doubt your job security. Threats of layoffs always looming. Sudden changes to bonuses without proper cadence.
